Rocky Mist creates tension in family!!

It's embarrassing at times to admit what we fight about.  The bright spot in the altercation came when anger management skills were implemented to recover from the spat.
The basic conflict started over one person's unhappiness with the presence of Aspartame in the Rocky Mist.  The other party, feeling a bit put out, decided to poke some fun about the expression of unhappiness.
Enough about the cause, a few heated words were exchanged...some boundaries invaded verbally...then suddenly one party went silent.  No more argument since you can't argue with yourself.
Both stop escalating because one person refused to engage.  Apologies were exchanged and problem solving began.
It's early February in Michigan.  The natives are restless.  This could have been a messy spat. Instead, two people stopped hurting each other and set the stage for a solution.
Anger Management does help.  It is a useful, effective, and well-researched technique to help with anger issues.  A men's group starts Feb. 12 at Desert Streams in Kalamazoo.  Call Tracey Tyler for details 269-345-0909
