Sunshine is an excellent source of vitamin D. Vitamin D protects the body from disease. Some exposure to sunshine is healthy. Just be sure to take precautions so you don't get too much.
Stand up! Get on your boots, hat, mittens, and coat. Grab your dog or your best friend, and get out in the sunshine this winter. Make a snowman, throw a snowball, make a snow angel, slide down a hill, eat an icycle. You just might enjoy it more than you think!!!
