Apology Parent

Funny thing about an apology.  It's kind of like having your mom in your head.  When we make a mistake by being rude or sharp or irritating, there's a little mom inside telling you that you didn't treat someone right.  Have you heard that little voice?  Listen to it.  Because if you respond to that voice by making a sincere apology for your inappropriate behavior, you will begin to get a handle on those rude responses you make when you are upset.  Making an apology for your behavior is a consequence just like being scolded by a parent.  Parents aren't with us forever physically, but the lessons they taught follow us.  Pay attention to those little thoughts and make an apology, then make amends.
